Tonnage Monitoring
Whether your tonnage monitoring needs are advanced or simple, Wintriss has you covered. Our AutoSetPAC peak tonnage monitor offers high, low, and repeatability setpoints that are automatically created and stored for each tool.
The WaveFormPAC tonnage signature monitor that tracks the tonnage throughout the working portion of the stroke. Users can store "benchmark" waveforms for each tool and use them to verify proper setup.In-Die Measurement and Process Monitoring
The ProPAC Process Monitor accepts input from 8 or 16 analog sensors that can be used to measure parts in the die. The ProPAC features outputs that can be used to divert out-of-tolerance parts, and features shift registers that enable it to measure parts in one station and divert in another.
Preventive Mainenance Tracking
The SmartPAC PRO PM Monitor lets your maintenance department schedule its time more efficiently because SmartPAC tracks each maintenance item according to actual usage, allowing you to base your maintenance schedule on probable wear and tear, rather than elapsed time.
